To enjoy a longer lasting, more beautiful and glowing tan simply follow these steps:

Before tanning, always remember to exfoliate skin with an oil-free exfoliator
There’s no need to apply a moisturiser before application (a moisturiser can affect the end result making your tan look patchy!)
Once skin is clean and free of body lotions/moisturisers, apply a small amount of the clear gel onto a tanning mitt or the palm of your hand
Using gentle but fast circular motions, glide the gel over the skin
Start with the legs and work your way up to your face, keep applying in circular motions, applying more product as you go
Use a teeny, tiny amount on knees, elbows, hands, feet and ankles for a natural look
Wash palms of hands thoroughly after application
For best results, leave on for eight hours or more before showering.
