I’ve been growing my hair for some time. I’ve gone from a ‘pixie crop’ to a ‘bob’ to what I what I have now; shoulder-length hair.
I’m still undecided about what I prefer.
But, I’m lucky that I have a hairdresser who always lets me know when she feels I’m doing something wrong to my hair.
Last year my hairdresser was quick to tell me that she’d noticed my hair was splitting and breaking off in weak areas.
She asked what kind of brush I was using to de-knot my hair? I pulled out my brush from my handbag to show her.
I’d been using a brush that was too heavy and not designed to detangle my hair.
To my horror, I discovered that with every brush stroke I had been ruining my hair on a daily basis! I was gutted. All these years of growing my hair only to rip and snap it with the wrong hairbrush.
I told my hairdresser that I’d buy a ‘Tangle Teezer’ to help stop the breakage.
At this point, my hairdresser told me she knew of a far better brush and showed me her preferred brush for detangling: an ‘Tangle Angel‘.
Apparently Tangle Angel is the most advanced hairbrush on the market today for brushing away tangles! My hairdresser went on to say that this brush knocked the socks off other detangling brushes and that it was unlike any other brush because of its clever ergonomics and use of weight and air.
When my hairdresser told me the Tangle Angel was a necessity for my coloured and sensitised hair. I was sold! I made a swift purchase.
I couldn’t wait to get it home, go to sleep and wake up the next morning to give it a ‘test run’ on my fresh ‘bed-head’!
To my delight my hair with the Tangle Angel brush was easier to brush than ever before, it got the knots out like nobody’s business.
It’s a genius piece of engineering because it’s been designed to absorb the shock from detangling knots, which means the brush gets to work on gliding through tangles in a far more gentle way.
I’ve been using this brush for well over a year now and over time I’ve noticed that my Tangle Angel brush saves me time after the shower (thanks to the speed it gently de-tangles my knots). Plus, I get less split ends, which saves me money as I can go longer in between haircuts.
I hope you love using this brush as much as I do! Your hair will thank you too.
