For the first time in 4 years, I have a beach holiday planned!
The thought of stepping onto a beach with my skin for the World to see makes me feel fear, so I try to avoid them (as much as I LOVE the beach)!
This is because I have Psoriasis. ( Psoriasis is an auto-immune condition that causes parts of the skin to look red, raised and scaly).
At times during my life, I have had remission but right now it’s covering most of my legs and I feel and embarrassed of how I look in my swimwear. Mostly, I worry that people won’t want to be near me for the fear of catching what I have (even though you can’t catch Psoriasis – it’s genetic).
How do you feel in your swimwear? Do you have any fears? I hope you feel confident and happy! We all deserve to!
For me, a sarong swiftly rescues my beach confidence!
I love how a simple piece of floaty fabric can dramatically improve how happy and confident I feel on the beach.
There are lots of fancy ways to tie a sarong, but I find these complicated, I struggle to remember how to tie them. So, I’ve put together 6 of my favourite ways to tie a sarong that are quick, easy and simple to remember when you next head off to the beach.
I hope my sarong tips help your confidence too?
I hope I’ve helped give you some beach style confidence? Sarongs can add glamour, style and confidence to how you look and feel on the beach!
