For gorgeously soft, full coverage matte lips simply follow these steps:

1. Apply a thin clean coat of the Timeless Kiss-Proof Lipstick of your choice
2. Let it completely dry for 3 – 5 minutes before rubbing lips together (remember NOT to rub lips together too soon as it may cause lips to crack because the drying process is not complete. Also, do NOT add extra coats – if you want to refresh simply remove and reapply).
