I don’t know about you but this year is whizzing by! I have to be honest; I find it really difficult to find time to relax. My life can sometimes feel like I’m just ticking off the ‘done’ boxes! When I do mange to find the time to stop I feel guilty… as though I should be doing more such as household chores. My mind and body feels constantly on the go. How about you?

I have to say I found this app pretty life changing! After my first ‘go’ on the HEADSPCE app I felt so rested and calm, like I had just woken up from a really good night’s sleep. It has also helped me think with more clarity and creativity, which has had an amazing knock-on effect in my work and personal life.
According to neuroscientists, your brain physically changes as you meditate, even though you’re not aware of it re-shaping itself. Just like sleep helps us mentally function better so does mediation.
